Not sure Ryan. I don't have my strava and bkool accounts synced. I basically just upload my strava rides to bkool manually. That way I can control what is uploaded. Because it used to upload all of my walks/rides/runs to bkool and make a route out of them. Got a bit ridiculous if I'm honest.
Now I only upload the rides and not the walks and runs.
But, on the flip side, any bkool rides I do, I also upload them to strava. I generally save them as either Virtual rides or Private rides depending on what ride I did I guess.
The only reason I upload them to strava is because that's basically where my complete record of any/all my rides are. And personally, I class spending an hour or longer on the trainer going up some ridiculously steep hills as being on a ride. Eventho some people will say they shouldn't be included.
