Made meatballs in tomato sauce from scratch today
Some tips from Mr Google and my pal Mario from work
Steak mince, fresh parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, milk, breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan squished together by hand into wee golf ball shapes (great fun).
Passata, cherry tomatoes and red wine for the sauce.
Browned the meat balls in olive oil then put them in the sauce to simmer for a couple of hours.
Served them with spaghetti (Mr M had mashed potato )
Not bad at all :hungry:

Looks good, hun xxx :hungry:

Only difference is I'd have swapped the cherry toms for loads of onion and some oregano. BTW, this is a good thing to do in the crock pot as the meat balls don't dry out.

Thanks
Will do in the crock pot next time
Meat balls weren’t too dry thanks to the Parmesan and breadcrumbs
Turned out better than I’d hoped :hyper:
