Some tips from Mr Google and my pal Mario from work
Steak mince, fresh parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, milk, breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan squished together by hand into wee golf ball shapes (great fun).
Passata, cherry tomatoes and red wine for the sauce.
Browned the meat balls in olive oil then put them in the sauce to simmer for a couple of hours.
Served them with spaghetti (Mr M had mashed potato )
Not bad at all
