Near us there is an estate of bungallows for the elderley. A couple (who are both 80ish) have set up a trestle table outside. Their son collects "sell by" food and drinks from supermarkets and puts it out for 'needy' people to help themselves.
It's on our normal 2 mile walk.
Yesterday we noticed there were 7 bags of nice red potatoes.
As we were passing a car pulled up, a middle aged woman got out, shoved all 7 bags in her car and drove off.
The gentleman told us that last week, one day he put out 22 x 2 ltrs of water. A car pulled up, a young guy got out and shoved all 22 bottles in his car.
Another day he put out 22 x 2 M&S custard tarts. Same story.... a woman pulled up and took all 44 custards.
Males me feel sad/angry/disgusted ......dreadful attitude from those people.
