Yes i thought about going there. I might have a look this week. I think Winfields went upmarket years ago. They didn't have the shoes tied together with string threaded through holes they'd put in the heels,the last time i was there.

But wont they be heavy,as some have said leather ones are? If not,they look ok,but i'd have to put up with the boot snobbery though. Some will look at them and say Oh you didn't get a decent pair like Berghaus then"?

Analysis paralysis or paralysis by analysis is the state of over-analyzing (or over-thinking) a situation so that a decision or action is never taken, in effect paralyzing the outcome.I think i am. Does it include indecisiveness? I can ponder about things for hours. So much so that i never come to a conclusion,so nothing gets done. For example i could spent more time deciding what shirt to wear down the pub than the actual time i'd spend down the pub. I've tried to avoid it,but it's difficult.
Many tell me i shouldn't worry so much about what others say or think about me. As you can tell from my previous post,which i posted before i read this,i do worry what others think about me!

You're not doing long walks, so weight's much less of an issue. Besides they do look rather bargaintastic, and they can go back if they don't suit, can't they?
