under-rated band in my view. They somehow sounded unique in a VERY crowded grunge/post-grunge/punk field. :notworthy:

Hard to pin it down to one, but Iron Maiden - Phantom of the Opera, immediately springs to mind.
I don't think Iron Maiden guitar solos taken on their own are necessarily remarkable, it is the songs as a whole where it is, Phantom, Hallowed, To Tame a Land, Rhyme, Infinite Dreams, Sign of the Cross, Paschendale ...
