I bought some Bolle safety glasses after a recommendation on here.

Clear is probably more useful at this time of year.

Not bad for eight quid, and it's a brand I'd heard of.

Plenty of others online for a lot less.

You can get the bolle silium and silium+ in screwfix. I’ve got the + model in smoked and standard in clear. Prefer the “legs” on the + model, but still under a tenner.

As someone who is forever leaving cycling glasses on gateposts or my rackpack when I set off (surprisingly, they're never still there when I finally remember!), I generally go for safety glasses these days, mainly because they're cheaper.
I recently picked up two pairs of De Walt, one clear, one smoked, from Screwfix for under a tenner.


Err, and yes it was one pair with two clear lenses and another pair with smoked, not one pair with a clear and a smoked lens
