You're right it is a very good bag but, not wishing to urinate on your fries, I picked that bag up in December for £15 and the hi-viz commuter bag for £10 at the same time (currently £15). Their Jobsworth Dogstar lights are also a bargain in their "knock 'em out sale" at £10 but were even better at £7.50 last week!

The trick with Planet X is if you see something that you like, to track it over a period so you know the high & low price points they use and wait for it to go back to the low price point again.

Elsewhere, Millets have the Shimano 105 5700 cassette in for £20.99 (or £17.85 after the extra15 code is applied) but only in 12-25 option at this price. The picture appears to be a 9 speed HG50 but the description is correct.

Don't bother - despite the correct product name and description, I got sent the HG50 9 speed as pictured. Just got to find a way of making them pay return postage as no return label included.

Its like a plastic , waxed, canvas style

I'll have a look when I get home, but I'm sure the inside label showed a 100% polyester content. It does feel much better than that sounds 'though.

Ta jenkins. Not against polyester as such, in fact very possibly better than canvas if rubbing against a cycling top.

Just got home and checked, it is 100% polyester on the label but is a decent finish - looks like waxed cotton as described and quite heavy duty, not the rip-stop style in normal backpacks.
The reverse is heavily padded as per my picture below
