It's all over for me

I have been struggling for a while due to diabetic retinopathy. I've had a vitrectomy in both eyes and was hoping for the best I have new stronger glasses and I thought I could see quite well but...it was not to be I came off just riding around the block because my eyes do not react quickly enough.
So my question to you is: how do i sell my bikes and parts my helmets, shoes and clothing. Remember i am in Montreal Canada.

That's sad news, ACJ! I hope you'll be able to find a pursuit/hobby to occupy yourself with: fishing, walking etc.

Hope your sight doesn't deteriorate further.

Depends very much on your sight, but would going off-road on tow-paths or gentler bridleways be an option rather than cycling on the road? Or even something more stable like a trike?

That's awful aycee. I'd second @User's suggestion of a tandem partner - a triathlete neighbour of mine rides competitively with a blind stoker - but I'm also guessing that rural Quebec isn't famous for its high population density.
