You can't use contactless for £490 though. Well perhaps as lots of £30 transactionsSomeone else has though. No PIN required by them.
Card is now useless though. Except for tracking any further attempts to use it.

Yes you're right! Ive just remembered,they told me it was an online theft attempt(My mind's all over the place today). Could they trace the online address where the attempt was made?Don't need a PIN online if they had your card... just the card and code on the strip

Not necessarily, click and collect, instore pick up, Amazon locker, Hermes pick up, Collect+ etc. Work address also possibleBut surely they'd have to give their home address for the stuff to be sent to?
He's spoken to the bank nowGo online to your bank, get the number from there and ring it. Then talk to them about the email. Don't ring any number contained in the email
