Looking at it I need an 8R Blue non turn washer and a shifter. I think I may just buy ythe small parts pack CJ-8S20 small parts pack as it will ensure I have everything for my (vertical dropout) frame. Any advice welcomely received.

Just changed from a Shimano RS21 rear wheel to a Mavic aksium, using the same tyre as previously. The new wheel is fouling the guard to the extent that it doesn't freely turn. I assumed both wheels would be the same diameter? Are there slight differences in rim height?
